A mother and her son walking into the AL ZADEER Child Development Centre in Tangail

Tangail · Dewla · Milk Vita Road

The child comes to play.
Growth happens quietly.

AL ZADEER is not a hospital, a daycare or a coaching centre. It is a child development centre in Tangail where a professional board watches your child’s fitness, growth, behaviour and developmental readiness from behind the play — and hands you a written plan that actually works at home.

What brought you here?

Most parents arrive with one everyday worry, not a diagnosis. Pick the one that sounds like your house.

None of these quite fits? Send two lines on WhatsApp and we will tell you which programme to look at — or whether you need one at all.

Programmes

Four programmes, one calm experience

You choose a programme. The board decides what runs inside it. Nobody sells you a longer plan than your child needs.

How it works

Six steps from “something is off” to a written plan

  1. 1

    Intake & baseline

A child profile: home routine, diet, sleep, screen exposure and how care is shared at home.

  2. 2

    On-floor observation

Structured play observation — movement, balance, behaviour triggers, confidence, communication and social response.

  3. 3

    Board review

The paediatrician, psychologist and dietitian set priorities together; a therapist is consulted where indicated.

  4. 4

    A personal parenting plan

A written 30-day plan (90 days on longer programmes) with actions you can actually measure.

  5. 5

    Execution

Play sessions, coaching and parent guidance. Any recommended support runs inside the programme, not as a separate sale.

  6. 6

    Report & upgrade

A monthly scorecard, next-step adjustments, and referral coordination if that is what the child needs.

Straight answers

What we do — and what we will not do

What we do

  • Build fitness foundations — strength, balance, coordination, endurance, posture, breathing and risk-awareness
  • Track growth and milestones objectively from 0–5 years, and beyond when needed
  • Work with behaviour and emotional regulation — tantrums, aggression, sleep routine breakdown, anxiety patterns
  • Reduce screen dependency risk — no screen gaming inside, and parent-led step-down plans at home
  • Detect developmental concerns early and provide structured support
  • Guide parents with practical home systems — routines, boundaries and consistency

What we do not do

  • No academic teaching, handwriting practice or exam preparation
  • No video games or screen-based play inside the PlayFit Zone
  • No guarantees, no cure claims, no diagnostic labels used as marketing
  • No judgement culture for parents — we fix systems, routines and skill gaps

The board

Nothing here runs on one person’s opinion

A paediatrician, a psychologist, a dietitian and — where indicated — a therapist set each child’s priorities together. Whether a child needs any additional support is their call, not the front desk’s.

  • Paediatrician (Partner) Dr. Mazid
  • Child Psychologist Resident, on-site
  • Speech & Language Therapist
  • Occupational Therapist
  • Dietitian / Nutrition Specialist
